Paul has over 20 years’ experience in the Construction and Development industry and has been responsible for site acquisitions, planning, construction, and design and delivery activities over many years from Townsville to the Gold Coast, specialising in luxury apartments in the South Eastern Corner of Queensland for the last 12 years. Paul is a carpenter by trade and a builder by licence giving him ground knowledge of property development. In addition to this, Paul also holds a Real Estate Licence and sits  on multiple industry panels and committees.

With a Helicopter licence and aviation business, Paul loves being in the sky and shares an equal passion for surfing and wants to bring aspects of life that give him joy into his day to day work which leads him to want to develop and construct unique projects with a luxurious benchmark.

Throughout Paul’s time working as a Developer he has prided himself on working with reputable, leading architects, designers and consultants ensuring that the end product is always satisfied to an impeccable standard.
