Construction has started on the $150m Esprit development at popular southern hotspot Rainbow Bay.
Hutchinson Builders, one of the stat’s largest construction companies, has been appointed to deliver the project after the luxury apartment development was swamped by an initial $71m wave of buyers drawn by the laid-back Rainbow Bay lifestyle.
Comprising 94 apartments spanning two interconnected buildings, Esprit will take luxury amenities to a new level with the Gold Coast’s first luxurious recreation area, Club Esprit.
